Ivy A. Randle Elementary School
This is an academic school designed to educate students from grades kindergarten through 8th grade.
Our Mission is to build curriculum by groups and grades to promote critical thinking in multiple subjects:
– Reading
– Writing
– Math
– Handwriting
– Money Math
– Geography
– Social Studies (Project-based learning)
– Science (Project-based learning)
We will build out the school over time starting with:
Group 1: Pre-K to 1st grades
Group 2: 2nd to 3rd grades
Group 3: 4th to 5th grades
Group 4: 6th to 8th grades
Encouraging our children through on-line classes, workshops, videos, trainings, in-person learning, educational camps, small group mentoring, small group instruction, and webinars.
Skyscraper Educational Services
Our services seek to provide English language support for families and students during after school hours and summer camps in a safe environment. Our purpose is to help maximize students’ potential. Our programs will promote academic excellence, healthy self-esteem, and empowerment in students needing support.
K.I.D.S. Project: This program is comprised of the afterschool services and summer camps. Partnering with local libraries for afterschool programs and summer camps.
G.I.R.L.S. Inc.: Girls Incorporating Real Leadership Skills, Inc. is a mentoring program designed to build healthy self-esteem, good character, and financial skills for financial independence. This program encourages entrepreneurship through year-round training and coaching with business leaders.
B.O.Y.S. Inc.: Boys Opting for Yahweh’s Success is a mentoring program designed to build confidence, good character, and financial skills for financial independence. This program encourages entrepreneurship through year-round training and coaching with business leaders.
Parent Partners Program: Promoting healthy relationships between school and home through workshops and published resources focused on expectations for school, staff engagement, student learning styles, and what’s needed to support students.
Classroom Management Workshops: For student teachers, new teachers, and veteran teachers to support teaching practices for low-level and high-level behaviors in the school settings.
Caregiver Support: This service will be provided through my book, published resources, monthly newsletters, and speaking engagements.
Our goal is to bring awareness to the need of having a more conversations around supporting working spouse/child caregivers. There is a growing population of caregivers that need another level of attention and support because of their responsibilities of having full-time jobs and being a caregiver of a loved one so they can keep them out of a nursing home.
